The popular biennial Kandos Gardens Fair will be held in Autumn on the weekend of 7 & 8 April 2018. Again, it will be hosted and supported by the Kandos Branch of the Country Women’s Association.

20171003_094514This is our fifth Kandos Gardens Fair and will not disappoint enthusiastic gardeners. The theme is “Every garden tells a story…” and we have a diverse range of wonderful gardens open for our visitors, all with their own unique past and stories to tell.

Eleven town and country gardens will represent the Kandos Rylstone area – they range from iconic pastoral properties, to town gardens and even a Convent. Different gardens, different locations, different styles.

So much to take in! We recommend scheduling the full weekend to make the most of this exciting event.

Enthusiastic gardeners need to put this in their diaries as a “not to miss” event.

Tickets can be purchased online in advance. They can also be purchased in Kandos or at any of the gardens during the Kandos Gardens Fair.

Follow us on Facebook to keep up to date. We look forward to seeing you all again in 2018.

  1. I would like to offer 2 country gardens at “Coomber ‘ ,cudgegong road as part of the open gardens if you are interested. Regards Tracey Evans

  2. HI lovely Kandos people,
I was listening to the ABC last Saturday and heard about the train trip to the CWA Garden Fair. Unfortunately I live in Armidale and was unable to make the journey.
It sounded fabulous and I would love to be notified of any such trips that may be coming up in the near future or even if the same event will happen next year?
Please either email me at naureentaylor@gmail.com or phone 0488711702.
    Thanks. Naureen Taylor

  3. I have been told that the only to obtain tickets for the gardens is online. Is this correct as quite a few older garden club members are not computer savvy.
Please let me know asap thanks
    Regards Janet Bateman

    • Janet, no. Online is just one option that may suit some people. As usual, tickets are available at all the gardens and there will be an information booth selling tickets as you enter Kandos. Lots of options available to all!
